- Every account sold on Buy Accsmarket carries a 48-hour validity guarantee from the moment of purchase.
- A broken account is replaced first. If no replacement exists, you are refunded in USDT (BEP20).
- The guarantee is void immediately if you log in from a home IP, VPN, TOR, shared proxy, emulator or VPS.
- Suppliers operating more than one partner panel lose their balance and are permanently banned.

1. What we guarantee
Buy Accsmarket operates as an escrow-protected intermediary between verified suppliers and buyers. On every paid order we guarantee:
- Full validity of the account for 48 hours after purchase, provided you follow the usage rules in section 3 and the recommended workflow on our usage rules page.
- Accounts are sold in-hand — stock is only released after payment verification, never reserved from a pending order.
- Free replacement when an account is invalid through our fault: the account is blocked, deleted, or the delivered credentials do not log in — and your guarantee is still ACTIVE (not voided).
- A refund when an invalid account cannot be replaced. Refunds are processed exclusively over USDT (BEP20).
- A real dispute process with deadlines: the supplier must answer inside the window or the system resolves the claim in your favour.
Claims must be opened from the order inside the claim window. Screenshots or a short screen recording speed up every decision.
2. Claim window and evidence
Timing is strict and enforced automatically by the platform, not by staff goodwill.
- Every claim must name the exact order, the exact credentials and the exact error observed.
- Bulk claims of the type “nothing works” without per-account evidence are rejected.
- Falsified evidence, edited screenshots or reused proof is fraud and results in a permanent block with no refund.

3. Forbidden use — this voids your guarantee
Accounts purchased on Buy Accsmarket must NOT be accessed in any of the following ways. Doing so cancels the guarantee instantly and permanently for the affected accounts.
- Your original local or home IP address.
- Any VPN service — paid, free or browser built-in.
- The TOR browser or any anonymising network.
- Virtual machines, device emulators or servers (VPS, VDS, RDP, cloud desktops).
- IPv6 proxies, shared proxies, public or free proxies.
- Residential or ISP proxies.
- Proxies or devices obtained illegally, including botnet-sourced IPs.
- Logging in to two or more accounts from one device or one proxy.
- Automation panels and services known to burn accounts on sight.
- Using accounts to harm people — harassment, comment spam, threats — or for any illegal action such as fraud, extortion or data theft.
Mandatory setup: one legal private IPv4 proxy and one fresh device profile (new user agent, clean cookies, dedicated anti-detect profile) per account. No exceptions.
4. Your responsibilities as a buyer
By confirming an order you confirm each of the following.
- You read the full product description, including quantity, region, age and warranty terms, before paying.
- You will change the password and secure the account immediately after delivery if you intend to keep using it.
- Responsibility for the account transfers to you at the moment of purchase.
- You accept that the guarantee is CANCELLED if you breach section 3, and that you will have no claim against Buy Accsmarket in that case.
- You are solely responsible for how the account is used after delivery, including compliance with the rules of the platform that issued it.
5. Data storage and download period
- We do not archive sold accounts or their credential history. Save your delivered data yourself, immediately.
- Paid orders remain downloadable for 30 days after payment. After that the download link is destroyed and cannot be restored.
- We provide no training, no consulting and no farming advice. Setup guidance lives in our public usage rules and FAQ.
6. Our rights
Buy Accsmarket and its staff reserve the right to:
- Refuse replacement of accounts that were valid on delivery. If you logged in and acted inside the account before it was blocked, the cause is on your side.
- Refuse refunds for valid accounts bought by mistake or without reading the description.
- Reject any claim opened after the 48-hour window closes.
- Suspend or block a customer without refund if they: spam tickets, email or chat; are rude or abusive to support; attempt to pressure staff with public threats instead of contacting support first.
- Cancel an order and refund it when stock integrity cannot be verified.
We welcome honest feedback. If something is wrong, open a ticket first — nearly every issue is solved faster than a public post.
7. Platform security — zero tolerance
The platform runs automated fingerprinting, duplicate registries, rate limiting and abuse detection. The following results in an immediate, permanent ban of the account, its email, its IP range and its devices:
- Distributing malware, spyware, keyloggers, viruses or tracking scripts through any account, file or listing.
- Probing the platform: SQL injection, XSS, CSRF, brute force, credential stuffing, scraping behind authentication.
- Attempting to access other users' data, orders, balances or credentials.
- Bypassing captcha, rate limits or payment verification.
- Chargeback abuse, payment fraud or laundering through wallet deposits.
Found a genuine vulnerability? Report it responsibly through our bug bounty page before telling anyone else — responsible reports are rewarded, exploitation is prosecuted.
8. Additional rules for suppliers
Suppliers are bound by the Terms of Use plus the partner guidelines inside the supplier panel.
- One partner panel per person or company. If support detects multiple panels, all linked panels are blocked and the balances are forfeited to Buy Accsmarket as a penalty — non-refundable.
- Uploading stolen, hacked, banned, recycled or previously sold accounts is a violation. Our duplicate registry keeps fingerprints long-term specifically to catch resold stock.
- Changing an account password after it is sold, embedding advertising inside sold accounts, or contacting buyers off-platform triggers escalating suspensions.
- Payout requests are processed after the buyer claim window closes. Disputed amounts stay locked until the claim is resolved.
- Distributing malware or attempting to hack the platform through a listing means instant permanent removal with forfeited balance.
9. Disclaimer
- Buy Accsmarket is an intermediary between account sellers and buyers. We do not operate, own or control the third-party platforms the accounts belong to.
- We do not endorse spamming — unsolicited commercial messaging — or any fraudulent activity performed with purchased accounts.
- Buyers are solely liable for illegal use of an account after delivery.
- Our maximum liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
10. Changes and acceptance
- We may update these terms at any time; the revision date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
- Continuing to use the marketplace after an update means you accept the updated terms.
- If you do not accept any part of these terms, do not place an order.
