Report any validity problem within 48 hours of purchase — 24 hours is recommended.
We replace the account when stock exists; if it does not, we refund.
All refunds are paid exclusively over USDT (BEP20).
Correct usage is a condition of any refund: VPN, TOR, shared proxy or emulator logins void the claim.

Guaranteed

The delivered credentials do not log in.
The account was already blocked, restricted or deleted at the moment of delivery.
The account materially does not match the listing description (region, age, type).
Your guarantee is still ACTIVE — you have not breached the usage rules.

Strictly enforced

The claim is opened after the 48-hour window.
The account was valid on delivery and was blocked after your activity.
You logged in via home IP, VPN, TOR, shared/IPv6/residential proxy, emulator, VM or VPS.
You ran multiple accounts through the same device or proxy.
You bought the wrong product without reading the description.
You used the account for harassment, spam, fraud or any illegal activity.

While a claim is open, the matching supplier earnings are locked. Nothing is paid out until the claim closes.

Policy

Refunds are issued exclusively in USDT (BEP20) to a wallet address you confirm on the ticket.
Alternatively you may take the refund as site balance, credited instantly and usable on any product.
Network fees on crypto refunds are deducted from the refunded amount.
We never refund to a third party's wallet, and never to a different network than USDT (BEP20).

Important

Repeated unproven claims, falsified evidence or claiming accounts you already used successfully leads to a permanent block with balance forfeited.
Chargebacks filed instead of opening a claim close the account immediately.
