Question 1

How fast is delivery after I pay?

Accepted Answer

Delivery is automatic and instant. The moment your payment is confirmed, the accounts are assigned to your order and the credentials unlock in your dashboard under Assets — usually within seconds for crypto and wallet payments.

Question 2

Is stock reserved before I pay?

Accepted Answer

No. Stock is only deducted after a payment is fully successful, so nothing is locked while an order is pending. If someone else buys the last unit first, your pending order is released and you are never charged for stock you did not receive.

Question 3

How many accounts can I buy in one order?

Accepted Answer

There is a minimum quantity on some listings, but no maximum. You can buy as many accounts as the live stock counter shows, in a single order.

Question 4

In which format are accounts delivered?

Accepted Answer

Each listing states its delivery format, typically login:password with optional recovery email, cookies, 2FA seed or session token. You can copy the data or download it as a .txt/.csv file from your dashboard.

Question 5

Can I download my purchased accounts again later?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every purchase stays in your dashboard and can be re-downloaded through a signed, expiring download link. We never email raw credentials, so your data is only reachable from your own logged-in account.

Question 6

Do you sell in bulk for agencies and resellers?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Bulk buyers order directly from any listing up to the available stock, and larger recurring volumes can be arranged through a support ticket so we can reserve supply from verified suppliers.

Question 7

Why did my order stay pending?

Accepted Answer

A pending order means the payment has not been confirmed on-chain or by the gateway yet. Crypto payments need network confirmations; once they arrive the order flips to paid and delivers itself. If it stays pending for over an hour, open a ticket with the payment hash.

Question 8

Which payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept major cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin, USDT, Litecoin and more via our crypto gateway) and your internal site wallet. Crypto keeps checkout fast, low-fee and private for both buyers and suppliers.

Question 9

How does the site wallet work?

Accepted Answer

Top the wallet up once, then pay for orders instantly without waiting for new blockchain confirmations. Wallet balance is also where refunds and dispute compensations are credited.

Question 10

Do you charge extra fees?

Accepted Answer

The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. Only the blockchain network fee charged by your own wallet applies on crypto deposits.

Question 11

Can I pay with PayPal or a credit card?

Accepted Answer

Card and PayPal rails routinely block digital-account purchases and expose both sides to chargeback fraud, so we deliberately keep checkout on crypto and wallet balance only.

Question 12

Do you use coupons or discounts?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Active coupon codes are validated at checkout and the discount is applied before payment. Coupons cannot be combined and are void on already-discounted promoted offers unless the code says otherwise.

Question 13

What does PVA mean?

Accepted Answer

PVA stands for phone-verified account: the account passed SMS verification at creation, which makes it far more stable for logins from new devices and locations than a non-verified account.

Question 14

What is an aged account and why does it cost more?

Accepted Answer

An aged account was registered months or years ago and has existing history. Platforms trust older accounts more, so they survive automated checks better — that trust premium is why aged stock is priced above fresh stock.

Question 15

What is the difference between fresh, aged and softly-warmed stock?

Accepted Answer

Fresh accounts are newly created, aged accounts carry real registration age, and warmed accounts have light activity history. Each listing states which type it is so you can match the account to your use case.

Question 16

Are accounts geo-targeted by country?

Accepted Answer

Many listings specify the registration country or IP region. Always log in from an IP and device profile close to the account's origin region; mismatched geography is the single most common cause of instant re-verification.

Question 17

Do accounts come with a recovery email or 2FA?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the listing. Where a recovery mailbox or 2FA seed is included, it is written in the listing details and delivered with the credentials.

Question 18

Are the accounts checked before they go on sale?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Uploaded batches go through automated duplicate fingerprinting and a moderation window before they are published. Sellers who publish dead, duplicated or malicious stock are suspended permanently.

Question 19

Can the same account be sold twice?

Accepted Answer

No. Every credential is hashed into a long-term duplicate registry, so an account that was already sold on the platform can never be listed again by any supplier.

Question 20

What if an account does not work?

Accepted Answer

Open a dispute from the order inside your dashboard within the claim window. The supplier must respond before a strict deadline; if they miss it, the system resolves the claim in your favour automatically.

Question 21

How long is the replacement warranty?

Accepted Answer

The claim window is 48 hours from delivery unless the listing states a longer warranty. Check every account immediately after purchase — claims filed after the window expires cannot be accepted.

Question 22

Do I get a replacement or my money back?

Accepted Answer

Valid claims are settled with a working replacement account or a wallet refund for the invalid units. You choose replacement first; refunds apply when equivalent stock is unavailable.

Question 23

What evidence do I need for a dispute?

Accepted Answer

A short description plus proof — a screenshot or screen recording of the failed login or the block message. Claims without evidence, or where the login was clearly attempted from an abusive setup, are rejected.

Question 24

What is not covered by the warranty?

Accepted Answer

Accounts you changed the password or recovery data on, accounts blocked for spam or policy abuse after delivery, and accounts used from flagged proxies are outside the warranty. Warranty covers delivery defects, not how you use the account.

Question 25

How long does a refund take?

Accepted Answer

Approved refunds land in your site wallet immediately after the decision, and can then be spent on a new order or withdrawn to your crypto address.

Question 26

Is it safe to buy accounts here?

Accepted Answer

Payments are escrowed until delivery, stock is fingerprinted against reselling, suppliers are staked to their reputation, and every claim runs through a deadline-driven dispute engine — so you are never sending money to an anonymous seller with no recourse.

Question 27

What data do you store about me?

Accepted Answer

Only what is needed to run your account and stop fraud: email, order history, wallet activity and security signals such as login IP. We never sell customer data. Read the Privacy Policy for the full detail.

Question 28

Why is there a robot verification on login and checkout?

Accepted Answer

Captcha gates on login, registration, payment, supplier uploads and affiliate payouts block credential-stuffing bots and stock-scraping scripts. It protects your balance as much as our stock.

Question 29

Do you allow using accounts for spam, phishing or fraud?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely not. Spam, phishing, malware distribution, financial fraud and any illegal activity are strictly forbidden and end in a permanent ban with balance forfeiture. See the Usage Rules page.

Question 30

Should I change the password after purchase?

Accepted Answer

Only after you have verified the account works and your claim window has been used — changing credentials immediately can trigger a security review on the platform side and voids replacement eligibility.

Question 31

Can I use a VPN or proxy with purchased accounts?

Accepted Answer

Use a clean, residential-quality IP that matches the account region and one account per browser profile. Datacentre VPNs shared by thousands of users are the fastest way to get an account re-verified.

Question 32

How do I become a supplier?

Accepted Answer

Apply from the Become a supplier page, add a valid payment wallet, and wait for staff approval. Once approved you can upload stock batches from the Partner Panel and they go live after moderation.

Question 33

How much does a supplier earn per sale?

Accepted Answer

Suppliers receive their agreed share of every completed sale — the standard split credits the supplier the large majority of the sale price, and the exact rate is shown inside the Partner Panel.

Question 34

How do supplier payouts work?

Accepted Answer

Earnings post to your supplier ledger once the buyer's payment is verified and the claim window closes. Request a payout to your crypto wallet whenever your available balance passes the minimum.

Question 35

Why is part of my supplier balance on hold?

Accepted Answer

Recent sales stay on hold while the buyer's claim window is open, and funds tied to an open dispute are locked until it is resolved. Everything else is available to withdraw.

Question 36

What happens if I upload duplicate or dead accounts?

Accepted Answer

Duplicates are rejected automatically by the fingerprint registry. Repeated dead stock triggers suspension, and uploading malware, stolen data or hacking material is an instant permanent ban.

Question 37

Where can I read the full supplier rules?

Accepted Answer

The complete rulebook lives on the Supplier rules page and inside the Partner Panel under Rules & guidelines, so you can re-read it any time before an upload.

Question 38

How does the affiliate program work?

Accepted Answer

Share your personal referral link. Every visitor who signs up through it is attributed to you, and you earn a commission on each paid order they make — credited automatically when the payment clears.

Question 39

How much commission do affiliates earn?

Accepted Answer

The standard rate is 10% of every paid order from your referred users, for as long as they keep buying. Selected partners can negotiate a higher rate.

Question 40

Do I need a website to join?

Accepted Answer

No. A Telegram channel, forum profile, YouTube channel, blog or newsletter works fine — as long as the traffic is real and the promotion is honest.

Question 41

What affiliate traffic is forbidden?

Accepted Answer

Bot traffic, cookie stuffing, self-referrals, brand-bidding on paid ads, spam and any impersonation of Buy Accsmarket are banned and forfeit the whole affiliate balance. Full detail is on the Affiliate rules page.

Question 42

When can affiliates withdraw?

Accepted Answer

Commission becomes withdrawable once the referred order is settled and out of its claim window. Withdrawals are paid to your crypto wallet after a robot verification and staff review.

Question 43

How do I contact support?

Accepted Answer

Open a ticket from your dashboard, or use the contact page if you do not have an account yet — guest tickets are answered by email. Our team replies to every ticket, usually within two hours.

Question 44

In which languages do you offer support?

Accepted Answer

Support is handled in English around the clock, which keeps responses fast and unambiguous for buyers, suppliers and affiliates worldwide.

Question 45

Do you have a bug bounty?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Report a security issue responsibly through the bug bounty page instead of exploiting it, and eligible reports are rewarded.
