We collect only what an order and an account need: email, order history, wallet addresses you submit, and security metadata such as IP and device signals.
Payment card data never touches our servers — payments run through the processor's own hosted flow.
We never sell, rent or trade personal data for anyone's marketing.
Delete your account and we stop processing your data, subject to legal and anti-fraud retention.

2. How we protect it

Guaranteed

All traffic is served over TLS; credentials are hashed, never stored in readable form.
Sensitive payment flows are handled by the payment processor. Card numbers, full crypto keys and banking data are never stored on our servers.
Row-level database policies restrict every record to its owner; staff access is role-scoped and audited.
Delivered account credentials are protected by expiring, single-purpose download tokens.
Captcha, rate limiting and lockout protect login, registration, payment and payout endpoints.

3. What we never do

Strictly enforced

We never sell, rent or trade your personal data.
We never hand your data to other companies for their marketing.
We never publish your email, orders or balances to other users.
We never disclose supplier or buyer identities to each other.

We share data only with processors that operate the service — payment providers, email delivery, hosting and infrastructure — all bound to confidentiality; or when the law compels disclosure or when it is necessary to prevent fraud and protect the rights and safety of our users.

4. Cookies and analytics

Policy

Essential cookies keep you logged in and protect forms against abuse — the site cannot work without them.
Referral cookies attribute affiliate visits for the attribution window only.
Aggregate traffic statistics are used to improve the storefront; they are not sold or used to profile you across other websites.

Fingerprints are irreversible hashes — they cannot be turned back into credentials.

6. Your rights

Policy

Access — request a copy of the personal data linked to your account.
Correction — fix inaccurate profile or payout details yourself or through support.
Deletion — close your account; we stop processing except where retention is legally required.
Objection — unsubscribe from marketing email at any time; transactional email stays while the account exists.

7. Children

Policy

The service is directed only at people aged 13 and over, and account purchases require adult capacity to contract.
In line with COPPA we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If we learn we have, the record is deleted.
